Payment Method

Choosing your new bag from bagsyit  is very easy and secure with Paypal.   All major credit and debit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a paypal account to purchase.  

Postage

Postage and packing charges to the UK are as follows:

£2.95 per order up to £25.00

Free postage and packaging for all orders over £25.00

All items are nicely wrapped and packaged and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. bagsyit cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been posted.  If you would like your package to be insured, this will incur an extra charge (please email for details).

We aim to have all purchases dispatched within three working days of your order being received.  Any delays due to stock levels or unforeseen circumstances will be notified by email. 

International shipping

Overseas orders are welcome, however, prior to placing your order please email for a postage quotation.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your goods please return them to us in their original condition, with all original labels intact, within 14 days of receiving your order.  We cannot refund goods that have been used or damaged.

Please email us before you send any goods back to us at info@bagsyit.co.uk so we may issue you with a returns number which must be enclosed with the parcel.

We are not responsible for any returns until they arrive at bagsyit.  Therefore you are advised to obtain proof of posting.  The parcel and contents are your responsibility until it reaches us.  We do not refund the cost of return postage.
